Question
My husband bought this Kennedy coin for $100.  I could brain him.  He's British
and I'm fairly certain he was taken.  This coin has the bust of Kennedy on both
sides with the dates 1776-1976 and is in a cardboard protector.  My dear spouse
thinks it is a 'real error' and is worth hundreds if not more.  I say it's a slick trick
and it was a $100 lesson in buyer beware!  What do you think? Thanks, Linda

Answer
"TAKEN"would be a polite way of saying it what you have there is 2 bicentennial obverses glued together here were millions of these coins minted and some company outside the mint cut each coin in half glued the 2 obverses together a there you have it a trick coin sold at novelty shops for a few dollars,do,not buy such crap consult a professional in this field before buying anything could have saved your husband a hundred dollars
