Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Double die 1979

I thought that was the best answered question I've ever seen. I wanted to add that I came across a 1979 quarter. It has a triangle imprint that can be seen pretty clearly between the e and r in liberty on the front of the quarter.  You can see it plainly and moreso moving the quarter side to side.I've never seen it on any other coin before. I'm not so sure what it is exactly or if it's a doubled die. Maybe I should have put this in qna.

Small type U.S. coinage, die varieties, doubled dies, repunched mintmarks, and some limited error knowledge. I specialize in Lincoln cents, and know Jefferson Nickels, Roosevelt dimes, and Washington quarters reasonably well. I do not know anything about foreign coins, tokens, medals. Please DO NOT submit questions about coins other than U.S. coins - I will not be able to help with any other subject.
