Answer
Hello Jaime,
Without seeing the piece I cannot say what you have. If it is the piece pictured below here is some information.
The USA did not issue any silver dollars with the design you mention. In 1851 only the Seated Liberty design dollar was issued.
This piece could be a copy of a pattern produced but never used in 1851 or it could be a pattern for a one ounce silver round, possibly a pattern piece or copy from a private mint.
No one I asked seems to know where the piece originated or how long they have been around.
Again it is not a US Mint product. By law all USA coin denominations more than 10 cents have to have an Eagle on the back and al the other standard mottos and symbols.
I have seen a lot of things like this that fall into the "So Called Dollar" category. The so called dollars are always about 1.5 inch coins issued by private concerns but none have been so bold as to put the mottoes on them as your piece.
Your piece seems to be a take off on the Indian cent design with some changes. So it is a fantasy piece privately made. Its value lies as a novelty item and the metal content. (Silver, Nickel, Copper etc.)
I did find one on an auction and you can see how much it sells for there.
