Answer

192 4dot
Hello Nevo,

I cannot answer accurately for all foreign coins they are not my field.

Many of them are common and contain no precious metal. Your library will have them listed in "Catalog of World Coins".
Here is what I can tell you though.

The 1924 Australian penny with a dot beside the lower scroll is likely just a die defect if it is actually touching the “scroll” design. If it elsewhere on the coin you need to have someone look at it in person. The other dots are only supposed to be near the date.
Mintage: 4,665,840 - Melbourne (2,649,840) & Sydney (2,016,000).
One catalog has the values listed as follows;
Very Good $1
Fine       $4
Extra  Fine $35

The 1924 Australian penny;
A small 'H' below the lower scroll on the reverse is to identify the Heaton Mint (London) in 1912 and 1915.
Mintage: 3,600,000 - for two mints (Heaton, Birmingham).
One catalog has the values listed as follows;
Very Good  $1
Very Fine   $20
Extra  Fine $50
Judging from the price jump this one must be hard to find in high grade examples.

I hope this information helps, Good Luck,

PapaJack
