Question
My question comes from the fact I have lost a great deal of my retirement in the stock market, but have gain some in my coin collection.

Are the Monthly "coin of the month" clubs worth the value? I have around $200 a month I would like to invest but I have been stung before on raw coins. I do not have a great deal of time for All the research I feel is nessacery to purchase raw coins from local dealers.

Answer
Hello Joe,

Not all coin of the month clubs are the same.  Some are good, other are not.
The safest thing for you to do is buy gold bullion coins.  Right now, 1/4 American Eagles should cost you about $235 per coin.

There is no guessing as to the value, just look in the papaer.  No grading inconsistencies will arise, since the grading with bullion coins doesn't come into play.  It's safe and easy.

Good Luck,
