Question
i have a state quarter that i found the back of it is very dull like it wasnt polished and it is stamped slightly off center. but the front is shiney. i was just wonderin if it was a misprint

Answer
Hi Dustin,

The slight off-center strike is not that rare and as for the back of the coin not being shiney, that could be caused by any number of things.  The coin would have to be physically inspected to see why the back is the way it is.
