Question
I have one of the above coins and when looking at the date which is 1989 there appears to have been a 4 that had been printed and removed but still appears so the date looks like 19894, is this a misprint?

Answer
Hi Sharon,
I am not familiar with this particular coin but I can tell you that sometimes errors occur in the making of the dies.  There is no depiction in the World Book.
You may want to have the coin inspected by a professional numismatist or send it for certification to Numismatic Gaurantee Corp in Florida.
