Question
Hi Dan, I have eight 2007 George Washington Dollar coins that are missing the "In God We Trust" on the edge/rim. All eight are uncirculated, in good condition, and came from the vault at the bank where I work. Are these worth any significant value? thanks, Tracie
Hi Tracie,
I am quite familiar with these.
When they were first found, they were selling for $200 to $300 apiece.
Over time, after so many of them were found, their price plummeted to the $30 to $50 range, where they stand today.
I would not expect their value to rise significantly any time in the near future.
