Question
I have a penny that is in vg to fair condition. The penny has a date of 192. I know that this penny is from 20-29, the last number of the date is missing. It isnt worn it just looks as though it wasnt struck. Do you know of any other examples of this and is it worth anything.

I hear about coins like this on a regular basis.
Usually this is caused by a foreign substance (like machine grease) that gets into the die and prevents the full striking of the coin.
Generally, collector interest for this is low -- worth less than a dollar.
