I have 2 Twenty Dollar silver coins dated 1985 with the bust of Elizabeth the Second on the face with the words "British Virgin Islands Elizabeth the Second"

Are they  of any value outside face value?

Charles, try going to www.ebay.com and doing a search for Virgin Islands $20 and other variations.  You should see some of these for sale.  If the coin is indeed silver as you say, it would have silver value, now in the range of $20 per ounce.  Jim Lawniczak
