Question
I have a 1976 Lincoln penny with a liberty bell stamp and USA stamp on the front of it I have never seen that on a penny before.

Somebody took a normal penny and stamped those images into it.  This was done as a novelty thing, to be attached to a card with historical facts printed on it.  See my web page about it here :
