Question
QUESTION: I have a 1922 silver peace dollar.  Can you tell me something about this?

ANSWER: What do you want to know? Its 90% silver....worth about $25-35 in lower conditions.

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: Sorry, I guess I should have been more specific.  Yes, I was interested in the value.  I was told this was a somewhat collectible piece depending on the condition.  Was curious if it is rare, etc...

I have probably 300 silver coins....this in particular is one I was curious about.

Answer
If the coin is in Mint State condition(never used in circulation) and high grade (there are 10 Mint State grades) the coin could be worth hundreds of dollars.  Most coins though are spent, have mark on them etc and are in the $25-50 range.  Grading of coins has to be done in person by the coin grading services or by dealers at their shopsor shows where they can see the coin in hand and give you a better idea.
