Question
I am unsure of this penny I have its sort off silver but the background looks like a rainbow type when to put it toward the light, it sort of look like there is something wrong with the penny like a bad paint job. I am wondering if there is any value to it, or  if the penny was made like that. I look online but to be honest I am more confused then when I started.

Answer
Hello Normis,

I would have to see the coin to give you any information.

If you want to send it to me, I will take a look and advise you.  I would also pay to ship it back to you.
