Question
I found a 1976 penny and on the right beside Lincoln face their is the initials OH with what looks like the shape of the state around OH.  Any idea if this is worth anything?  Or have you seen this?

Answer
Hello Hassie,

These are real cents that have been altered. Most people have never seen a totally complete set with all 50 states.

I do come across the sets occasionally at coin shows. I know of no one currently selling or producing the state One Cent sets.

There is no added collector value to it since it was modified by a private entity after it left the mint. They were made only as a novelty

The demand by true coin collectors is non existent at this time since they are altered one cent coins. They are only collected as a novelty item. Since your set is complete it will be easier to sell but I have not seen them sell for more than ten dollars.
