why can`t i find a 1975 quarter?

Hello Ladonna,            

All were dual dated 1776-1976 for the bicentennial celebration.

All the 1975 and 1976 Half Dollars, Dollar Coins and Quarter Dollars were produced in both years with the same design.

That is why you cannot find a 1975 dated coin. The mint started the Bicentennial celebration in early 1975.
