Coin and Paper Money Collecting/penny cleaning

Question
How can I clean pennies without reducing their value?

Answer
Sorry, you really can't.  Other than to get a neutral solvent that will just remove dirt (and that must be done very carefully by an expert).  Any dipping or cleaning of copper will turn it an unnatural color and will substantially reduce value.  Jim Lawniczak
