Question
i found a penny with a picture of a gift on the front to the right of Lincoln's head. i was wondering if this could be authentica and have some value

I have seen these before. I'm not sure what the reason for it was, but the gift box was stamped on the coin after it left the mint -- this was not done at the Mint. Considered an altered coin, it has no collector value -- perhaps a quarter as a novelty item.
