Question
I have three pennies, can you tell me if they are worth anything?
1. The first one is completely blank on both side, but it is deffianly a penny.
2. Is a 1984 it feels like copper, but looks like silver and does not stick to a magnet.
3. Is a 1982 misstrike that is just a little off center on the head side
Hi Stacey,
One Cent blank planchets sell for a couple of dollars on eBay, maybe $2-3
1984 cents are copper plated zinc. It is possible that the copper plating has worn off, or was never applied. either way, the coin should be phisically inspected by a professional. It would be worth $100 or more.
As for the 3rd. coin, cents that are struck slightly off center, say 10-15% are often available for #3-4 each
