Subject: 5 Dollar US Notes.

Question
According to the Blackbook on US paper money page 135 edition #35, 2004, the 1963 5 dollar US note has a green seal. Why are there red seals and why isn't it mentioned in the book.   Thanks

Hi Edgar, the green seals are Federal Reserve Notes while the red seals are United States Notes. Perhaps it is listed in another section.
