Question
Where can a beginning coin collector find cheap coins or possible places to literally find the coins (old houses?). I do a little bit of digging around an old house and live in a very rural area. Thanks so much!

One thing you can do is scour the eBay coin listings. Sometimes you can find bargains in listings of coins grouped into lots, like collections or sets.
You can also check out local garage sales and auctions -- sometimes you can get lucky there.
As for just finding them, good luck! Digging around old demolished houses and using a metal detector ar two possibilities.
