Subject: John F. Kennedy Display, half dollar/stamps

Question
I have a JFK Plexiglass display which contains four 1964 half dollars; two JFK "light the world" five cent stamps and a flicker that has his picture and "The Man For The 60's" Wording as the second part of the flicker.  How much would you buy it for?   Thanks,  Mark

Answer
Hi Mark, all I can answer for is the value of the 1964 50c coins. They each contain .3618 of an ounce of silver and each may be worth $7 up to $10+ depending on how pristine its condition is and amount of collector demand.
You may find similar pieces on Ebay.com for comparison.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Guidebook of United States Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
Brad
