What can you tell me, in general, about "wheat" pennies? Are they worth saving? Thank you.
Hi Nan,
Yes, aside from the fact that you may have a better date coin, it now would cost the Mint more than 1 cent to make a copper penny. With the way commodities are rising, this is an easy way to hold onto copper.
