Question
QUESTION:
Can you tell me how much this would be worth for one penny?

ANSWER: Hi Marcy,

In Mint condition, a 1960 Small Date Cent is worth about $2

In lower grades, most collectors will pass on purchasing one since mint coins are so affordable

QUESTION: EVEN IF IT WAS UNCIRCULATED?

Answer
Hi Marcy,

Uncirculated is another way of saying mint state.  Coins are graded numerically from 0-70 with 70 being the perfect coin.  Mints state (uncirculated) ranges from MS-60 to MS-70
An MS-63 coin is worth $2 however, if you coin is MS-66 or higher, it is certainly worth more but the coin would have to be certified at such a lofty grade by either PCGS or NGC to warrant a high price.

I hoped this clarified things for you.
