About Dan Moore Expertise My strong familiarity with all U.S. Mint coins, extensive reference library,
and close relationships with many other dealers allows me to identify just
about any coin made in the USA. I receive regular updates to all the current
price guides -- both wholesale & retail -- to provide accurate values. So,
with a good description or pictures, I should be able to identify and value
any U.S. coin you have.
Experience I've been a coin dealer since the 1980's and a coin collector since the 1960's. I specialize in U.S. Silver Coins and have an active online website -- The Working Man's Rare Coins -- http://www.workingmancoins.com -- offering information and inventory in U.S. coins.

I googled to find an answer regarding 1913 S over D pennies because I also have a 1913 S with what appears to be the upper arch of the D above/under the S. The answer given by "Charles D Daughtrey - 9/6/2008" stated he has never heard of one existing and that he has written two books about the lincoln cent. I used a 20X jewelers loupe and have pretty good eyesight. I was also wondering how rare this coin is and it seems like it may be very rare indeed. I would be willing to send in a micro scan but don't know exactly how to take it. I don't have a digital camera that can take pics that close up. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to accomplish obtaining a close up pic. Thanks.

I cannot find any reference to that OMM anywhere in any of my books -- sorry.
There are several companiees out there that will photograph your coin for you -- for a small fee.
Google "coin photography service" and you will get a list of them.
