Question
I have 9 Eisenhower silver dollars from the years 1971-74. They are not uncirculated but nonetheless are they worth holding onto?
Thanks for your opinion.

Answer
Hello Alan,

The Eisenhower Dollars are common and are only valuable in very High Grade at this time.
The circulated examples trade from face value of a dollar to less than $1.50 each they contain no silver at all.  In the future they may be worth more.

If you think you have high grade specimens you can bring them to any coin shop. To find a dealer near you use the private question option; put a check in the box when you write me back with your general location (nearest large cities), some telephone area code or codes for your local and some zip codes in your area, I can direct you to an AMERICAN NUMISMATIC ASSOCIATION MEMBER/DEALER near there. They are ethical and trustworthy. They will look at the coins for free.

Thank You and Good Luck
