Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Mercury Head Dimes

Question
Dear Joe, I have the complete collection of mercury head dimes. What would the value of this collection be worth? I understand condition of these dimes does play a big part in pricing. The 1916 does show wear and to me the 1941 looks real clean. A ball park figure would be appreciated. Thanks for your time...  Priscilla

Answer
Hi Priscilla,
Provided you have all of the dates and mintmarks including the 1916-D, 1921, 1921-D, 1942/1  and 1942-D/1 the set should be worth a minimum of $1700.  Without the 2 overdates the price drops to about $975
