found some with A mark (paris)   gave me his answer "Don’t know"

Hi Jesse, There were 2.5 million 2 Franc coins minted in Paris (A) collector value may be worth about $5 with heavy wear to around $75 with moderate wear to maybe $250 with light wear.
There were 118,000 minted in Lille (W) and it may be worth about $12, $125, $300 in the same conditions. It contains .2893 of an ounce of silver.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
