Coin and Paper Money Collecting/$1 Bill has the black reserve seal on top of green reserve seal

Question
Hi Brad!!
I was contacting you in regards to a $1 bill.  2006 series Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Georgia.  The black Reserve seal is misprinted on the wrong side of George Washington.  Instead of the seal being on the left hand side, it is on top of the green seal on the right hand side. (imagine the olympic rings)  The bill has been folded, and someone has written on it.  Can you give me anymore information on the worth (if any)?

Answer
Hi Jessica, Error value depends on type and extent of the error as well as amount of folds or wear and collector demand. This may be worth about $50 or more.
You might try the following Paper Money Errors links:

You may also find similar pieces on Ebay.com for comparison.
You might take it by a local coin shop for a first hand opinion: http://find.mapmuse.com/interest/coin_dealers .
