Question
I notice that on the value indicators for they vary based on a prefix such as MS-60  $3.43 MS-63  $7.84 MS-64  $25.00 MS-65  $45.00
MS-66  $80.00 MS-67  $485.00 PF-63  $6.00 PF-64  $7.00
PF-65  $8.00 PF-66  $10.00 PF-67  $12.00 PF-68  $15.00
PF-69  $20.00 CAM-66  $12.00 CAM-67  $17.00 CAM-68  $25.00
CAM-69  $35.00

What do these prefixes mean and how do I know which is attached to a coin. I am looking at several coins and do not see these initials anywhere on the coin.

Answer
these are grading designations not on the coin but what it might be graded,ms means mint state how the coin was when it came from the mint prf means proof coins struck for collectors, cam means cameo contrast between the coins devices and fields,go to local dealer for further explanation or get a redbook as they are called
