What is the value of a Turks and Caicos Islands 1976 20 crown sterling silver coin to commemorate the bicentennial of the U.S., it is uncirculated edition  and struck the Royal Canadian Mint?

Hi Rose,
This is a very nice, large and low mintage coin. There were just over 5,000 of the regular version and about another 4,500 in a mirror like "proof" strike with frosted raised features.
Despite the scarcity, these coins are not very widely collected due to being fairly new.
The book value is only around $25, however it's more common to see them retailing in the $50 range.
They do sell for that price, so the book value here is not practical.
For reference, this coin 38.7 grams and contains 1.15 ounces of pure silver.
Coins such as this were meant to be kept as a silver bullion piece, and for that reason virtually all examples are uncirculated.
