Coin and Paper Money Collecting/copper quarter

Question
I FOUND A 1999 CONNECTICUT COPPER QUARTER, IS THERE A VALUE TO IT AND HOW DID THIS.

 Thanks Dick

Answer
Hi Dick,
I assume your quarter is missing the nickel layer.  Yes it does have collector value.
I suggest you have the coin certified BY PCGS.  You have to do that through a dealer such as myself but it will pay in the long run.
Is it VERY valuable?  No, but probably worth $100-200
