Coin Collecting - dime that looks like a quarter
Expert: Joe Hylas - 11/4/2009
Question I also have a dime that has a quarter print on it!!! do you think i could take this to a coin collector or a bank and they give me an honest opinion as to what i can do with it or see if it is worth anything?
Answer Hi Paula,
Can you see the design of the dime at all or just the quarter? What about the date on the coin, and for what denomination would that be? Is the coin silver or copper-nickel in composition?
A bank will not be able to help you, you need an expert.
Send me more information and I will see what I can do.
If this helped you, please rate my answer and possibly nominate me for Expert of the Month.
