Brad I have a complete set of 20 dollar 20 gram .999 silver president coins.  all in the plastic containers not opened. with display cases. all presidents thru George w. The are from the liberian mint. Yes I fell for it! could I sell these coins or just try to sell them as silver.

Hi Ronald, these coins may have been authorized by the Liberian government, such as it was back then, but they have never been near Liberia. They were produced by a private company for sale to collectors. Hundreds of different designs of Liberian collector coins have flooded the market since 1997 and some do have collector demand. They are certainly worth the 1 ounce of silver each contains and as a set may entice more interest than just that, perhaps $20-$40 per coin. You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison and as a place to offer them for sale.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
