Question
excellent condition, hole in middle of coin.  has Georgivs 5, and Rex Et Ind Imp on it. thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi Cindy, There were 5 million of these bronze British East Africa 5 cents coins minted that year during the reign of King George V (1910-36). Collector value may be worth about .25 with heavy wear to around $1 with moderate wear to maybe $5 with light wear to perhaps $10 if uncirculated (no wear).
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
