I bought this 24k gold coin in Venezuela in 1980 as an investment and now wish to sell it. Id there a market for gold coins like this and if so what would be the value?

You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison.
You might also try a library for a copy of Unusual World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
