Question
Hi Brad.......I have a framed Centennial of Canadian Confederation 1867-1967. It has a stamp, one dollar bill, one cent, five cent, ten cent, twenty five cent, fifty cent and one dollar coins. It belonged to my late husband. Is it worth anything or will it be? It is really quite nice. I have not found it on the web. And....then there you were, to make my work easier, hopefully. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks, Sharon

Answer
Hi Sharon, the set was assembled by a company for sale to collectors. It may be worth around $25 depending on amount of collector demand.
The dollar bill may be worth about $3.50 if uncirculated (no wear) if it has 1867-1967 instead of a serial number. If it has a serial number it may be worth up to about $5.
The 1967 coins, if uncirculated, are worth the following:
1c .10
5c .20
10c $1,  .06 of an ounce of silver.
25c $3,  .15 of an ounce of silver.
50c $6,  .30 of an ounce of silver.
$1 $12,  .60 of an ounce of silver.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
