Question
Would you happen to know What the value of a 1907 - 20 mark gold piece with a bust of Wilhelm ii der deutches kaiser is?

Answer
Hi Rebecca, There were 2.6 million of these German 20 Mark coins minted that year featuring Wilhelm II king of Preussen (Prussia). This coin should weigh 7.965 grams and would contain .2305 of an ounce of gold. It may be worth about 10% over the gold value depending on amount of wear and collector demand, currently close to $300.
Current gold and silver values: http://www.kitco.com/market/ .
You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
