Question
I have a 1950 series D looks like new.The difference in it is the printing is offset. There is a bigger edge off white on top and left side. What is the value of this rare bill???

Answer
Hi Jamie, Error value depends on type and extent of the error as well as amount of folds or wear and collector demand.
If the green area is not affected it likely has no extra collector value.
You did not say what the face value of the note is ($1, $5, etc).
You might try the following Paper Money links:

You may also find similar pieces on Ebay.com for comparison.
You might take it by a local coin shop for a first hand opinion: http://find.mapmuse.com/interest/coin_dealers .
