Question
hello Mr. Hylas!
I just started collecting quarters and have one 1776-1976.
Do all of these quarters have a mint mark? I can't find on
mine.
Thanks

Answer
Hello Alina,

Some of them have no mintmark, denoting the coin was struck in Philadelphia.
If there were a "D" on it, that would be from the Denver Mint.
Proof Coins were struck in San Francisco ("S")

Have fun, enjoy the hobby!
