Question
I have a certified 2 cent coin by pcgs..under magnification I can see the date is either double dated or repunched or whatever you call it. No mention of this on the holder so is this a common error unworthy of mention? Thanks for any feed back...Zeke

Answer
Hi Zeke,

Unless you ask for variety attribution when you send a coin to PCGS, and pay an additional fee, they will not note that.  I suggest you submit the coin to PCGS for variety attribution.  It would more than likely pay for you to do that.
