I know it is not your field, but I don't know otherwise how to go about it. I have an old medical journal, in form of a thick book, of 1944. It is so informative. Yet some of the pages are getting worn out. How do I sale it? Plse inform how much it can fetch and how do i sell it. Thanks

Sorry but I have no idea of any value your book may have.  
You did not mention any of the necessary information needed to look up a book.

What is the Title?
Who is the author?
What is the publisher’s name?
What edition is the book?

These obsolete books are usually available at all used bookshops. They sell for only a few dollars.

You should try a site like eBay for the title you have and see what others there are asking for the same or similar book.
