Question
Could you tell me the value of a misprinted 1995 US penny. The misprint is in the word LIBERTY where the I and the B run together.

Answer
Diana the most common "die break" in Liberty on the U.S. cent is between the B and E forming the "BIE" error.  Sounds like you have a die breat between the I and the B.  These die breaks in Liberty are fairly common and generally do not have much additional value.  Try going to www.ebay.com and doing a search for penny die break Liberty or cent die break Liberty and see what comes up for sale.

For example here's one now that may look like yours:

offered at $4.95 with no takers so far.  That price seems high to me, Jim Lawniczak
