Question
I have a 1969,1971,1972,1974,1776-1976,1978,1979,1977 john f Kennedy half dollars I was told they may be worth something is that true and what are they worth?

Answer
Hi Melissa,

Any Kennedy Half Dollar dated after 1970 is only worth 50 cents.
Before that, they were silver.  1964 dated coins are 90% silver and worth about $5 each.  The ones dated 1966-1970 are 40% silver and worth about $1.50
