Question
I have a 1929 National Currency  note from the Federal Reserve bank of Cleveland Ohio. It is crisp .Where can I find the value of this bill?

Answer
Hello Paul,

You need more information on the note to look up a value.

What denomination is the note?
What is the artwork on the note?
Whose Image is on the note?
What are the numbers on the note?
Who signed the note?
There are other factors but with this information I can find it in the catalogs.

This should state on it NATIONAL CURRENCY in the top middle part on the front. The charter number given to the issuing bank by the government will be on it.

The reverse of the notes used different depictions like Lady Liberty wearing a slave’s cap or holding the torch of freedom in one hand and an ax.

The three main Grades are FINE, EXTRA FINE and CRISP UNCIRCULATED.

Many notes retail from $60 to $160 or more in Fine condition at retail.

If you want help in locating a dealer in your area write me back with the nearest large Cities and some postal zip codes. I will try to locate some Paper Money/Coin Dealers to refer you to in your area.

I look forward to hearing from you with more information.
Please make your question private.

Thank You and Good Luck
