I have a Parson and co 20 dols ingot. I understand that he may some of his first ingot out of white gold. Is this true, I found it while medal detectin on a friends farm. In North Ga. We had heard that the Colorado Infertrie had been there during the war. found and some buttons along a creek.

What is the exact Lettering on the opposite side of your piece?

To my knowledge there were no “white gold” bars ever produced you seem to have a copy.

Many of these bars have been replicated over time and even the provenance and history of some original bars and ingots have been argued about between hands on experts.
