Question
I received 3 sequential 1963 $20 bills that are completely crisp and "brand" new.  There is a star next to the serial number on each bill.  I am wondering what the value of these might be if anything above face value.

Answer
Hello,

Paper Money is not my expertise US Coins are, but here is what I can tell you.
These do sell at a collectable value but they are so recently made that the price realized may be low.

I need a bit more information like if you could write me back with the information.

Is a letter after the series date?
Who the Signers were?
What branch bank of the Federal Reserve Bank they were made for? (what does it say in the fed. res. seal?)

They have a catalog value from $40 to $150 to collectors. This is a large range for a $20 dollar Federal Reserve Note.  Quite often they will sell for less than catalog value for these modern issues.

I hope to hear back from you soon.
