Question
Hi - I have some presidential dollars I want to store without spending money. Are pill bottles (brown prescription bottles with white tops) just as effective as coin tubes? Thanks for your help

The pill bottles should work fine. BUT, the surfaces of the presidential dollars are very fragile, so you need to make sure there is absolutely no pill residue left in the bottles, and you should use cotton gloves when you handle the coins -- residual oils from your fingertips can be just as harmful to the appearance of these coins as pill residue.
