How much is the 1975 Silver proof $5 coin worth, it's in great condition.

There were 2 issues. One was silver and in Proof Condition, and one was copper/nickel in mint condition.
The proof one would have a mirror surface. If you have that one it is worth about $10. The copper/nickel one would have a value of about $5
