Question I found a Florida quarter that appears to have the impression of a dime sized circle, on both front and back...Is this of any value? Did they misstrike many?

This is not something that happened at the mint. At some time, when this coin was being machine-wrapped into a roll, mis-adjustment of the machine caused it to cut a circular groove into the coin.
Considered a damaged coin, it has no collector value.
