Coin and Paper Money Collecting/$2 currency

Question
Hello, this is just a general question about my $2 notes. I have an uncirculated example of every small size $2 (except 1928B* - 1928C* - 1928E* - the 3 high $ notes) from the 1928 series to the recent 2009 issues. Have not been in the right spot at the right time to get the 3 1928s I am missing. The question is - What is your opinion of the collection itself? - not the value, just what you think about the collection as compared to other known collections based on your knowledge.  I don't get to circulate in the collecting community very much. Somehow managed to get it this far.  Thank you -- LB

Answer
Les,

I'm not really a currency expert -- I'm more into the coins -- but it sounds like you have a great collection going there.

If you haven't already, you might try searching eBay for those missing notes.  Or maybe go to the ANA's website to look up some currency dealers in your area -- www.money.org

Have fun!

Expertise

My strong familiarity with all U.S. Mint coins, extensive reference library, and close relationships with many other dealers allows me to identify just about any coin made in the USA. I receive regular updates to all the current price guides -- both wholesale & retail -- to provide accurate values. So, with a good description or pictures, I should be able to identify and value any U.S. coin you have.

Experience

I've been a coin dealer since the 1980's and a coin collector since the 1960's. I specialize in U.S. Silver Coins and have an active online website -- The Working Man's Rare Coins -- http://www.workingmancoins.com -- offering information and inventory in U.S. coins.
